London: John Murray, 1855. Fine Leather Bound by Bayntun. A complete eight volume set in VG+ condition beautifully bound by Bayntun in 3/4 leather. Some light rubbing to leather extremities, one cover with some surface loss to the leather. Binding and hinges are very good, decorative end papers and paste downs. Pages are remarkably bright and clean, without marks and very little foxing. Nicely illustrated with a portrait and fold out maps. Books measure 8.75"x5.75". A beautiful set, scarce in a Bayntun binding. VG+. Item #1139
