A complete five volume set in VG+/Near Fine condition beautifully bound by Bayntun in full crushed Morocco with double rule blind stamp details to boards, six compartments and five raised bands to spines with bright gilt details and title. Small amount of wear to leather extremities. Leather to spines darkened. Binding and hinge are excellent, silk end papers and paste downs, AEG. Pages are bright and clean, without marks, some light sporadic foxing. Extra illustrated with 227 extra plates 50 of which are in color. Books measure 8.5"x5.75". 195 years old.
