Collates complete [2], xxii, xvi, [1], 260p; [2], 319p. 6 full page engraved plates and a further three large folding engraved plates. Title page, prelims and the first leaf with lower marginal paper repairs, not affecting text. The remainder of the text is in good, solid and mainly clean condition. Title pages a little grubby otherwise sound in the main. With some marks, blemishes or reading wear commensurate with age else a decent example. Complete with all of the plates that are often lacking. The main folding plates at the beginning of each volume with paper repairs to the rear. The plate in volume one with a few small parts coloured.. Item #492
